I have some IOU divvys
In my Ally account form years ago payment for IYP ... Nothing yet now 9 years
However there should have been about 410 million or so issued.
They got a Cupid number but that is it at this point.
Ally being a financial institution I believe under does/frank they would have to trade at $2 under that there are service charges.
