Although volume has been low, and there has been some turmoil with the pps under the surface, it seems to have stabilized in the $2.00-$2.10 range. This leads me to believe that the CC, scheduled for next Tuesday, 10/15, will not be directed toward the price volatility we have seen. We can all speculate as to the content of the CC, but no one of us knows. OTOH, it appears that something substantive may be announced:

uplisting to NASDAQ
details regarding NGIO spin-off, possibly acquisition of the shell company
details regarding the 1:1 dividend
details regarding acquisitions or further advances in the MSO model
more states to participate in the MSO
something else
