My father in law redesigned the hydraulics for the space shuttle arm. He worked with the Russians to design the core module for the ISS (space station) and just before he died, he worked on the inch worm which is the detachable arm on the space station that moves around on it's own.
NASA is Military in case you didn't know. Shuttle was designed and built during the cold war. It was designed to launch military into space. Much of the cargo was classified.
Syria...there are only what? around 1,000 troops stationed there?
No big deal bringing them home.
If Obama hadn't drawn that line to cross, maybe we'd never have been there in the first place.
