What is the point of the USPTO diligently reviewing and comparing patent applications to existing patents then awarding patents if our courts have the ability to throw it out with no technical understanding about how a particular patent(s) work.
What is the point of even having a USPTO. The courts should just award or deny patents from the point of application. This would save inventors the expense and aggravation.
Innovation in this country has been under attack for years and continues to be under attack. By our own country and from manufacturers abroad.
