Can someone please explain the lack of Samsung inventory with NP's ETA on Samsung providing Clinical and commercial grade products vs our binding agreement with Samsung that requires us to start making payments to them on the $33 million next year and requires us to make continual purchases throughout the year 2020 with updating them quarterly on amount of inventory we need them to produce.

So I don't quite understand how we are required to start making payments and complete the $33 million payment to samsung by end of 2020 with making monthly orders required by our deal. Thanks everyone for your help in understanding.
