I agree with your pre-launch inventory assessment, but hope the capitalization (@cost) is more than $3M......but probably closer to that than the $8-$12M I previously guessed (I was estimating ~10% cost of the $120K price.....which is likely too high). Either way, it won't get us to the $4M shareholder equity requirement alone.....we will need some sort of cash infusion such as up-front or milestone payment. This could happen fast and if large enough, pre-launch inventory capitalization may not even matter for up-listing purposes.
