I don't think Platinum will make any moves until they see if the case gets Rule 36'd, and if it doesn't, then they will wait to see what J&J's next move is.
Another day passed and no Rule 36. Give it until Friday and if no Rule 36 by then it will be above 95% that this will go to a ruling. DECN lawyers were contacted to give an interview about the hearing. Interest in the case is better than no interest.
