Exciting! But I was troubled by the caveat "once we are up and running". Is it $20MM NEXT YEAR, or is it really $20MM a year, once we are up and running?

If it's truly next year, that would be huge for starting to cover all these acquisition/uplist/spin costs.

And if NGIO truly spins by Halloween, it's going to be a great holiday season : )
