Sorry - "Wrong" was not the right word. No offense meant. I should have said, Another way to think about it is.....
I do follow your plan and can see the value. You did your home work and is comfortable with it. And that is what is truly the important thing here and I agree 100% with you - everyone has to have their own exit strategy that they are comfortable with.
I on the other hand have always been a person that believes in using OTHER peoples money and keeping my cash invested or in my pocket. I am ok with paying a little interest vs paying in full right away as long as my investment is making me more in growth/interest then the loan.
Just another way to think about things.
