Your thinking about this wrong. If everything is "Fully Paid For" - that means you sold your shares. If this keeps going up and up and up, you lost all that future profit.

My investment people give me loans EASY based on the value of my shares. So once UNVC gets on the big boards, I will be able to get loans off it too. So then I only SELL enough share to cover the payments and let the Rest keep soaring to the MOON. This way I can have a place to Summer - up north in the mountains and a nice tropical place to winter.
