Ten million seems quite the leap from here (although I am all for it).
Let's get to 2-3m users first. Plotting the revenue/customer will be of equal interest similar to crop yields after the initial planting (think vineyards or orchards).
And of course Salesforce, MSFT et al acceptance and promotion would shift the entire curve.
