More pertinent to truth today, I listened to last Wednesday's hearing for DECN, and feel that if there's no Rule 36 this week (hopefully not), this very well could be on to a precedential ruling after the first of the year. It may never make it to the ruling, and could be settled over the next 3 months. Just my feelings, thoughts, and hope, but based on facts and insights gleaned from listening to the hearing several times. Let's see how this goes. I have cautious optimism.
