Analysis:
Very thin share structure for an OTC stock in the .0100 > .2500 price range.
It is only the Unrestricted Outstanding Share count that is relevant to trading - which is very low at only 120M shares.
There are even less available at the DTC for retail trading - only 111M [unchanged]
This stock was trading in the .2000 > .2400 range in April 2019.
Hence why we have already had runs from .0100 > .0149 on September 23 and .0080 > .0134 on September 26/27.
