If the settlement number is not disclosed, how would anyone be able to determine the settlement amount - short of being someone involved directly in the settlement talks? The answer is not a snap, so no need to provide any pretense that it should be.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to make a swag at a settlement number. If one happens to have any legal background or experience in similar cases, some color commentary can be taken in context. Is it really a stretch to think that a settlement for for say 5-15% of the suit estimate could happen?

You clearly have an opinion, which is fine. Unfortunately that opinion has proven to be highly biased one way, so there's not much reason to validate it. There will be an outcome to this in the next six months and there will be plenty of speculation either way. I would say we should have a more clear picture of where things are by Thanksgiving. I think many on here have been waiting far longer than six weeks for solid information on the path forward, and can wait much longer. Enjoy the show and GLTA that actually own shares.
