I prefer the NASDAQ myself. The nyse and NASDAQ have the most exposure I think. Nyse is more pricy to list on, but I think being on these exchanges triggers more index funds having to buy to satisfy the criteria of what their index fund follows.

Requirements are a little higher, but not by much.
