I am an old Finance guy, so, bear with me. What are the annual revenue for the current Univec? What are the annual expenses for the current Univec?
We necessarily must have current expenses. Is Dr Dalton drawing any form of compensation? How are his expenses being paid? Attorneys; accountants; auditors; travel; etc.
I know we are looking at very large annual revenue and some expenses coming into Univec Conglomerate from other subsidiaries going forward, but, I am looking for the current state of affairs. It just seems to me if we have discernible annual revenue and minimal expenses (or, Dr D is paying out of pocket), our valuation - and, current PPS, should be much, much higher than $.014 or so. Yes, I understand that we (currently) live in the OTC where a fair amount of jackasses think it is their daily responsibility to hold the PPS down, but, I just think the PPS should still be much higher.
