BTW, I buy a lot of my trading lots toward the end of the day. Historically those have been bargain priced shares after a period of slow news days when the PPS has fallen for no reason. I try to anticipate announcements regarding upcoming events and look to be part of those momentum trades. If I have to pay up a little oer the asking price like I did yesterday I don't mind. I want to ensure I get filled at the close.I meant to buy 2000 yesterday but accidently put the order in for 200. Remember trading and investing long term is two different things. When trading I buy the shares I think will be worth more over a period of days or weeks. Investments can be months or years.
