Joe had also said that $2 was not the end all. The nasdaq can see what is happening. If you have 74 days (including today) about $2 and you close 1 penny below, do you really not uplist a company that will pay your fees going forward. Joe has said the the $75M market cap is the most important, and that is why the OTC not adjusting the price for the share retirement really hurt. We lost $50M in market cap and are sitting at $90M market cap.
