The majority of really successful traders always have "inside info".
Someone I know lives very close to a famous USA golfer who told him about a QCOM deal a few days before it happened. QCOM jumped about $5 per share !!
There are so many channels of how information flows.
Sometimes people get "caught". Phil Michelson was fined 1 million dollars for insider info trading on a Deans Food Deal.
Most people funnel the info to "friends and family" in person without any information trail, especially on the golf course !!!
There will definitely be "people" who will know that fillings are about to be released and they will know what is in the fillings !!!
