Last post on this - I spoke to TDA, Schwab , eTrade and IB. The ONLY one that is offering $0 commission on ITC trades is eTrade. All others listed have $0 commission for US listed (NASDAQ / NYSE) stocked and ETFs.
The one caveat for the $0 fee on OTC for eTrade is you can’t transfer OTC shares from an existing broker account. You would have to liquidate OTC holdings and move the cash.
