OJ you asked for my opinion and here it is. I think that an uplisting announcement is coming before the cc scheduled for Oct 15. This will solve all problems related to market cap and pps. On Oct 15 we will have a few analysts on the call for the first time. The company will give some good news about the NGIO spinout. The pps will go way up, possible over 5 or higher. Then we will get the dividend on Oct 30, and the Nasdaq will do it correctly.
