Reminder on how to get $OTTV running with ARCA + OLMN retreating:
- Cancel all asks under .0145 (or wherever ARCA + OLMN were before the open).
- Never undercut ARCA + OLMN ask - they will just walk down to match.
- Walk ARCA + OLMN bids up until they stop bidding in parallel with you.
- Hit the ask across successive levels & ARCA + OLMN will retreat.
