IMHO our hope in our legal battle against SA is riding on either and/or both the legislation in Congress, as well as our chances with SCOTUS. Either getting our case heard/reviewed by SCOTUS, and/or a favorable decision in the HP vs Berkheimer case! So our battle continues on multiple fronts, giving us multiple opportunities for a victory against SA!
