The record showed in Q3 that out of 2.4 bil shares traded only 209 mil shares were diluted. However, some people kept playing the bashers card and talk about dilution to justify selling at the bid.
Well on 9/18, I spelled the beans about dilution which is ALL in the financial report.
Now dilution is behind us until 12/1 for $45K and then til March 2020. So,for the next 5 months, we only have $45K of dilution, unless the CEO paid it in cash. But, if you and others buy enough shares to lift the stock to 0.01, the 45K will be worth 9 mil shares at 0.005 at the 50% discount. Not much, is it?
