Good synopsis Steven, have to agree on a lot of points here. I do believe Kaycha is well positioned now and could make a move and could use EVIO in this move to obtain public status, which could be very mutually beneficial.

If/ when Mass ever comes online would coincide with WW's and EVIO's plan to become more profitable here in the short term future, which would also attract outside interest.

Make no question banks are and have been interested, just waiting on legalization, which again imo should be in the short term.

I hope you are correct with the revenue outlook as this would send us much higher from todays valuation.
