Huge new today, this AM was PGNX buyout news. I noticed it was brought up on the other board close to market close today.
It you are tracking the corp. IMO, they have nothing but Leronlimabs royalties.
Their market cap was around $500m. The buyer had a market cap of around twice as much.
In an all shares transaction of 4 to 1.
Interestingly that bio professionals on other boards (non CYDY) are wondering what PGNX had of a value for LNTH.
LNTH dipped 25% today. I loaded some on that end of Leronlimab as well. If the BO doesn't complete, LNTH should retain it original value + get an $18m in penalty. But I'm sure they have secured it, and will make it happen.
I don't want to start a conspirancy but IMO:
From CYDY perspective, that's all they were after and they had to take it out, as they couldn't take CYDY. PGNX CEO had difficulties and he sold for a cheap price, if you were following lawsuits, and so on.
