The Supreme Court is back in session and is holding its first conference – the Long Conference – on October 1, 2019. The court is scheduled to consider whether to grant certiorari in a number of important patent cases:
It is absolutely crazy that this sub-penny company is being considered as an important case (as stated above) with the Supreme Court. Some very large companies also listed, but tiny SFOR is also being considered...outstanding!
