Hylander, GNBT already used stock to pay these acquisitions at $2.50/share. The companies accepted that purchase price and have their restricted shares. GNBT can go to zero (maybe not since there may be some clauses (not santa) in there to make whole with a drastic drop) and the ex owner of the company is hoping that GNBT goes back up.
