FWIW when I spoke to NP on the phone last week I asked if there would be any further Paulson raises, PIPE, RDO, etc......his response was there would be no more Paulson raises. I take it as the door is still open for other dilution (if needed), but it will not be through Paulson (though based on recent history looks like they still get their fees regardless if their client or not). I’m not sure if that well is dry or if there is something more to it? I have my theory but it is just that....my theory.
