Here is the advice you gave me.
"Folks please read the update. "Nanologix is discussing......and is seeking additional.....". Seems to indicate they are already takling and looking for additional parties. Clear to me."
Now my take is ...... Mr. Barnhizer tried selling patent rights last year so his contacts should be already established.
If there are no deals in the works then that most likely means he can't find someone interested in his offer. I personally think if anyone is interested in Nanologix then they would need a much larger stake in a startup. I can cite examples for those who want to debate me. Think 30 percent or more for the dollar amount he is asking for.
I would absolutely love to be proven wrong!
