Both parties would have to submit briefs and then the Justices pick some cases for oral argument. Same procedure as the Federal Circuit Court, but without any chance to request an en banc hearing, or appeal to a higher court.
It's all or nothing. However, I will be absolutely stunned if SFOR gets their writ granted.
