SJ - I agree with you 100% , I am glad that our pre-clinical study was positive for NASH,
We will know more details mid-end of October.
And phase 2 approval for this disease is huge,
I listened couple of weeks ago to Gilead MS conference , Daniel O'Day talking about NASH , how difficult is to find treatment , and his feeling is that to treat that it may take 3 different medicine , not one ...
3-5% of population has NASH , of witch about 15-20% progress to cirrhosis of the liver..
We know that patients on HAART developing NASH more often , especially patients who take tenofovir..
And tenofovir is mixed with 70% of HIV drugs.
I believe that Dr NP will find in not to distant future some BP to do clinical study , almost everyone is interested now.
