At the open ARCA + OLMN were way up in the .014xs.
Because the moron who put 127K at .0097 left it there, after 2 minutes ARCA + OLMN moved down to match.
Do not leave sells on the ask when the stock isn't running - the bad MMs will take advantage of it every time !
