Thank you for posting this. And I don't consider it to be off topic at all As this is a stock trading website. Saw your post earlier during the day while at work. I got notification that TDA is going to start offering $0.00 commissions on online stock trading starting as early as Thurs Oct 3.

I look forward to seeing E*TRADE mitigate as well.
