OT: Looks like the others will follow. TDA lost about 20% of value last I looked. In case you hadn't seen, doc is referring to CS's decision to drop all commission fees.
Ironic in that Schwab was my first on-line broker at around $17 per trade. The new guys came on line around $7 per trade and Schwab wouldn't budge for the longest time. Now they charge $0 commission. Sorry, Interactive Brokers. Nice to give the little guy a break.
