As 4kids and farrell's posts have pointed out, $IPIX is executing a detailed plan to advance their science with the goal of forming strategic partnerships to accelerate getting their drugs to market. Yooper61, Chemdeps and others have picked up on key quotes both written and from their shareholder meeting notes. As Kelt pointed out it appears likely that Locust’s influence to secure deals is already in motion and IMO they have their fingerprints on $IPIX’s 10k which is much more strongly written than in years past. As AlanC pointed out from the 10k, Leo is well aware of the criminal intent of NR. Leo and Dr. Bertolino have been laying out crumbs that all of us have picked up on. I am as excited as everyone else about when and what the next deal will bring but let’s not lose sight of what the bigger picture looks like.
1) Advance the science through FDA trials. (Kevetrin and multiple instances of Brilacidin).
2) Establish partners to assist in #1 and #3 (Evonic, CoreRX, BDD, Locust Walk etc.)
3) Pharmaceutical partnerships to complete trials and bring drugs to market and create royalty revenue to $IPIX. (Alfasigma was the Brilacidin foundation deal with IMO much larger and more lucrative deals to follow shortly.)
4) Collect multiple royalty streams from multiple partnerships and instances. Alfasigma is the first example with B-IBD UP/UPS. Separate deals and additional streams are B-OM (probably next), B-IBD colitis pill (huge), B-dermatitis, B-ABSSSI, Kevetrin (huge) and more than likely several other markets and instances.
5) Up list off of the criminally controlled OTX on to NASDAQ
6) Lastly: Sell the company after all the above has taken place as $IPIX becomes fairly valued as it has multiple revenue streams with multiple drugs with multiple instances. ( Never publicly stated by $IPIX but JMHO at some logical point.)
The above are not necessarily in order although IMO #6 will happen last. NR knows this list as well as us Longs do. Guess what the SMB crew hired by NR will be saying? "Gee the SP is at 10 cents if you get $2/share that is a 20 bagger! If you get $3 that is 30x!" They will say this to try to steal your shares at $2 or $3. Look at the list above and plug your own guess as to where SP will be as $IPIX executes their strategy. Each step of #4, #5 and #6 will IMO create huge gap ups in SP….but before you make your guess do one more math exercise....
Remember that 150M to 14M shareholder vote FOR. That tells us the FACT that over 90% of $IPIX shares are strongly held and it is doubtful that this 90%+ will sell their shares cheaply. Let’s assume there are approximately 250M shares Outstanding at the time that a non-dilutive partnership with BP gets inked (The first of more to come). That means less than 25M (10% or so) $IPIX shares would be in a lower trading range. IMO the NSS count of vapor shares is actually HIGHER than this 25M trading share count. NSS could very well represent 40M or more vapor shares. (Don’t let the bashers confuse you with the legal short count which is a minor number.) If these numbers are anywhere close to reality, is there any question why and how IPIX share price is so compressed and artificially depressed? When a new deal is inked and new investors join us on the demand side, where is the supply going to come from to provide the sell side for millions of transactions? What is NR going to do? IMO they are going to pick off all GTC orders in the sub $3-$4 range so that they can try to rinse and repeat. Don’t let the criminals steal your shares cheaply. Now go back up and make your own guess to where IPIX share price will be as IPIX executes and achieves multiple #4's and ultimately #5 and #6 above. Exciting times ahead for $IPIX shareholders IMO.
