• Revenue
o $6.1 million from the sale of Cannabis related products in California primarily via its wholly owned distributor, Calyx Brands Inc. (“Calyx”)
o Represents an annualized revenue run rate of $24.2 million
o Demonstrated capability to consistently drive revenues; increase over Q1 2019 and 46% growth over Q4 2018.
