This is the last day our Hope Always can come in and take over the company prior to the hearing tomorrow. I guess we will yet again, as shareholders, have to trust the judgment of Mr. Berman and the company's lawyers. Too bad, huh. The Chairman and CEO job was offered to our Hope always who, as it turns out, lacked intestinal fortitude.
Here's my prediction in advance of the hearing. After the hearing tomorrow goes in the company's favor, there will be leaks coming from people who will claim to have attended the hearing, as well as a truck-load of made up stuff. Shortly thereafter penny traders will begin the march in earnest for a cash dividend. It will sound like the drums, cymbals, chimes, guns and cannons in the 1812 Overture.

And then nothing. Keep wishing boys and girls. The company is just going to have to succeed the old fashioned way by growing its business -- but, but by using J&J's money. Bummer. All IMO.
