Just my opinion here but I think that especially given the time it took OTC to recognize the share count change from when the PR that stated the process was complete that someone dropped the ball. I don’t think it is Joe or anyone at Generex. The shares are returned to the transfer agent. I would imagine the transfer agent is responsible for notifying the exchange. The question I have is who is responsible for notifying the brokers. Is it the transfer agent or the exchange. Also as a side question who employs the market makers. Are they exchange or broker employees. And who should have notified them. Again not Joe, why would he have all that contact info. To me it all falls on OTC. I think they blew it on this one.
