They are not required to disclose anything. They are in compliance with OTC pink sheet unaudited financials. They don't have to disclose anything that they don't want to disclose. The company now is dirt cheap and not under pressure to disclose anything.
Why are you refusing to understand the business model. Consider yourself as a business owner of a dealership. Would you buy 100 units to sell and pay for them or you will be willing to display them and sell them and pay as you go. ONCI will be lucky to have a dealership displaying them and offering them for sale to their customers.
