What's taking so long for the suspension, though? The new SEC amendment proposes any registrant that's more than six months delinquent will be considered a "catch-all issuer". Still not in effect though? TPAC is very delinquent; while several other tickers have been suspended with far less of a delinquency. TPAC still continues on which boggles my mind.
