I believe it is when our case, along with others, will be reviewed during a conference session. My vague understanding is that it is during this conference session that cases are selected to be heard/reviewed by SCOTUS. Obviously we are hopeful that our case will be selected!

There are others here on the board which are more familiar with this conference and the process thereafter. Perhaps if they visit the board we can get them to chime in on the process!
