Congress failed yet again to complete action on appropriations for the new FY. The POTUS signed the CR 9/27 to keep the U.S.Government running until 11/21. No new items, not already in the procurement pipeline of each Department/Agency, can be purchased. Their CFOs know that they have until midnight tonight to obligate remaining funds for anything new such as SFOR's defensive software. It will be a long night for Federal contractors & vendors.
