I pinky swore to lorbas that I would keep my change of heart to myself, but I changed my mind on that too. Despite it being unfair of me to make two guesses, my revised prediction is:

Consummation of the Chinese licensing/equity deal referenced in the May conference call. It ties up several loose ends that have been in my mind for a while, and also provides funding through the end of the year ($20mm up front was the original term sheet). Don’t forget that NP casually referenced potentially uplisting to the Hong Kong exchange in the 9/12 call, based on the “people that they’ve been talking to” or something like that.
