I'd rather they file BK to dilute. We might fetch a few dollars/shr. (Correction: BK is the least of my concerns if done anytime now - obviously it's not happening no/minimal creditors here - still got room for another $60m credit IMO)

There will be bidding war on each and every, patent and FDA filings, and so forth.
