It amazes me that people keep being obsessed with toxic notes, but fail to realize that in Q3, 2.4 billion shares traded hands with only 209 mil shares of dilution.......Maybe to your surprise, if a triple zero pink sheet stock does not dilute, then there is something wrong with it. Dilution is a requirement for penny stock pink sheet unaudited companies. If they don’t dilute there is something wrong. When the company is healthy enough where dilution is not needed, they they will up-list and use audited financials to get a better financial terms.

Don’t think for one second that this company is something that it is not....If you do that you are hiring your expectation, which is a problem.

To the newbies, this is a high risk company and has always been a high risk. Don’t invest a penny here if you think otherwise.
