Maybe it is...why buy today for $2.50ish when you may be able to buy at $1.50 when the dividend is distributed?
The dividend retirement was a major miscalculation.
The lack of public transparency regarding the NAZ app isn't helping IMO. Since we are at 60 days without an update, I am not surprised.
The beauty of it is, things can change in a heartbeat.
