I'd rather answer your "first quater feelings" here on hangout instead of Ihub.  Sitting here pre-game with the laptop. End of TECO's first quarter is when IR Mike thought we would definitely have some change. End of first quarter is when Baltimore might also need some change! LOL!  On the other hand Mike thought the PPS was a great deal at .03 and here we sit at .015. I wonder what Mike thinks of the PPS now? I wonder what the increase in AS is actually doing for TECO's goals and near term plans? I get concerned when they aren't forthcoming with "we plan to increase the AS and move any raised capitol to XY & Z. Especially since it increased once before and we still wait for that ROI. I only hope the increase has to do with the X Factor or paying for possible production and not some "scheme". They need to regain my trust for obvious reasons.
