The retirement of the shares were done as is. It was still up to the OTC to handle it, which they apparently did not. Whether GNBT addressed it then or not, I have no idea, but I believe it the OTC still makes the ultimate decision and just dropped the ball on this one.
Going forward as long as GNBT is on the OTC, any changes they do that affect shareholders, such as the dividend, that is what I am hoping they iron out beforehand to ensure we don’t see a scenario that leaves shareholders disappointed with the results. I know we will see a share price drop, I just don’t want anyone to see a 50% drop as in a stock split drop.
