The otc market makers unfortunately did not properly adjust the PPS when the shares were retired...all the shareholders knew you had the best of intentions for us and we are very grateful! Hopefully uplisting will happen before dividend, the nasdaq market makers may be more in tune...even if they are not, the nasdaq market should be more efficient and pay attention to market cap.

We all know you work really hard and gave up so much for the benefit of the company and shareholders. A lot of us think of you as someone who can walk on water...gnbt will be biotech’s Amazon one day!!! Go gnbt!!
